Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you received faulty item or would like to return your purchase please read our returns and exchanges policy.

Cancellation Period

If you have just made a purchase and want to cancel an item or 
change the size or address of item, you have 24 hours to let us know about cancellation and we will process cancellation and refund immediately. Cancellations will not be accepted after 24 hours after purchase has lapsed.



Items could be exchanged 30 days after purchase.

There are two options of exchange: 

1) You could send items back to us and we will re-sent you new replacement item

2) If you are first time customer you could go through very easy exchange re-order process. You will NOT need to send item back, but will be offered 70% discount code while ordering the correct size of exchanged item.

Return and Refund Policy

Unless specifically noted, products could be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused, in the same condition that you received it in, and have its original packaging. Refund form depend on on the return reason. 

We ONLY accept returns for these reasons:

1) faulty/damaged items received

2) wrong items received

3) wrong sizes received

For these reasons we will issue refund to your original form of payment. 

Returns for any other reasons will need to be shipped back to our return department in Europe, where they will be able to resell returned items. Please note that customer is responsible of paying return shipping fee. 


How To Return Your Product:

If you are the original purchaser, start your return process by emailing us your order number and reason of return to You will receive an email with your unique RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and instructions on how to send the product back. Without the RMA number, returns will not be accepted. 

Once your item is received by our return department we will issue your refund:
• Store credit will be emailed to you by email. 
• Refund of your original form of payment may take 5-10 business days to appear on your bank or credit card statement.

Do not send item back without emailing us before, because returns will not be accepted in this case. 

Returns of Personalises / Custom Team Orders 

As custom team orders require us to produce personalised items, we cannot accept returns as we simply cannot resell those items.

We highly encourage to place an order for a sample before proceeding with a larger order to ensure all aspect of the products meet your expectations. 


Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Goods

If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect goods, please email us letting us know what is wrong with your good. We will ship you correct item for free.
